Conduct of the Work. A. The work must be completed in a continuous uninterrupted operation. The Contractor must use sufficient workforce and adequate equipment to complete all the necessary work requirements within a minimum period of time. B. The work shall be conducted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday. No work shall be done on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays except as specifically requested and authorized by the City. C. Under no circumstances will the contractor be paid at a premium or overtime rate for any work performed without the express advance authorization of the City. D. The Contractor is responsible for the security of partially completed work until the project is finally accepted by the City.

Conduct of the Work. Dendreon shall undertake and conduct the work, including the Clinical Trials, as set forth in the Collaboration Research Plan in accordance with appropriate standards articulated in current good clinical practices (GCP), current good manufacturing practices (GMP) and current good laboratory practices (GLP). Dendreon will use reasonable efforts to carry out the work in accordance with the Collaboration Research Plan.

Conduct of the Work. Except as otherwise provided in this Article XIV, the conditions under which any Work is to be performed and the method of proceeding with and performing the same shall be governed by all of the provisions of Article IX hereof.

Conduct of the Work. 11.1 SUBCONTRACTOR agrees to be bound by all rules and regulations of Federal, State and local laws, codes And ordinances applicable to the Work. 11.2 SUBCONTRACTOR is an independent contractor and shall be responsible for all construction means and Methods employed in the Work, the direction of its employees, sub-subcontractors and suppliers. SUBCONTRACTOR shall enforce compliance by its employees, sub-subcontractors and suppliers with those Regulations and practices set forth herein and shall remove or cause to be removed from the Project premises any such Employee whose presence is detrimental to safety or the orderly prosecution of the Work. 11.3 Prior to commencing the Work, SUBCONTRACTOR shall furnish to CONTRACTOR, upon request, the Name, qualifications and experience of a competent superintendent who shall be acceptable to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, with whom CONTRACTOR may communicate relative to the performance of the Work. The superintendent shall be present at the Project at all times during the course of the Work.

The Contractor shall provide management and technical supervision daily through competent supervisor as required • The Contractor shall be responsible for the skills, methods and actions of all employees. • The Contractor shall cooperate to enable the Administrator to determine the Contractor’s conformity wi h these specificatio s and the adequacy of the work being performed. The Contractor shall give personal daily supervision of the work and be available for consultation with the Administrator or an engineer or inspector designated by Administrator. • Submit all required samples, product data, certificates, operations and maintenance instr ctions, guarantees, and other submittals no later than five (5) days after the date the City issues a Notice to Proceed. • Ensure all necessary permits and approvals for the Work have been obtained. • Protect all materials to be used in the Work in accordance with the specifications. • Protect existing facilities and personal property. • Remove from the project site all debris resulting from performance of the Work no less often than daily. If Contractor fails to do so, City may, after twenty-four (24) hours' notice to Contractor, clean up the site and deduct the cost from the Contract Price. • For projects scheduled to require more than three (3) days to complete, prepare and submit a written daily activity report to City for each day on which work is performed, including weekends and holidays when worked, and submit the reports to the City no later than the next day that the City is open for business. The daily reports shall, at a minimum, include the following information: construction activities and locations, start or completion of activities, progress on construction activities (including units o portions of work completed), tests or inspections performed, deliveries of material or equipment, delays or potential delays, visitors to the site, weather conditions, construction equipment used, and personal injuries or damage to property. • Unload, hoist and otherwise handle its own materials, supplies and equipment. • Keep itself fully informed of all applicable laws including existing and future state and federal laws and county and municipal ordinances and regulations which in any manner affect tho...

Conduct of the Work. In undertaking this work, the service provider will report to the CEO through the Manager, Human Resource. The Manager, human resource as the client will only accept the work once satisfied with the quality of the output.

Conduct of the Work. Upon termination of this Agreement, EID shall promptly remove and close the MW-15 in accordance with all applicable laws and shall leave the Property in substantially the same condition as existed on the Property before this Agreement.

Conduct of the Work. 3.1 CDKX shall carry out the Work with all due and reasonable diligence and despatch. 3.2 CDKX shall keep APL informed on all matters related to the Work within the knowledge of CDKX and shall answer all reasonable enquiries received from APL. 3.3 The parties shall procure that their respective representatives will meet at the interval specified in the Implementation Plan and after live running of the System to discuss and minute the progress of the System's development. 3.4 CDKX shall, if reasonably practicable, attend any other meetings (by telephone if necessary) convened by APL and shall advise and assist APL on all matters relating to the duties and obligations it has assumed under this Agreement at a time reasonably convenient to both parties.
