Configuration and Change Management i) Vendor shall define and control formal, documented configuration and change management policies. Said policies shall address purpose, scope, roles, responsibilities, management commitment, coordination among organizational entities, and compliance. Vendor shall review said policies and update as needed, but in no case shall such reviews occur less than annually. ii) Vendor shall ensure that all changes to systems are documented and follow recognized change control procedures. iii) Vendor shall ensure that segregation of duties exists such that the individual or system performing changes is not the same individual or system which approves such changes.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011.
