Common use of Consecutive Shifts Clause in Contracts

Consecutive Shifts. The Employer will endeavour, where possible, to provide that no employee is scheduled to work more than six (6) consecutive days, six (6) consecutive evening shifts or six (6) consecutive night shifts in a two (2) week period. This does not preclude shift arrangements requested by the employee, in writing, acceptable to the Employer in variance to the foregoing.

Consecutive Shifts. The Employer will endeavour, where possible, to provide that no employee is scheduled to work work (a) more than six (6) consecutive days, six calendar days (68 hour shifts) in a two (2) week period; or (b) more than four (4) consecutive evening shifts calendar days (10 or six (612 hour shifts) consecutive night shifts in a two (2) week period. This does not preclude shift arrangements requested by the employee, in writing, acceptable to the Employer in variance to the foregoing.

Consecutive Shifts. (i) The Employer will endeavour, where possible, to provide that no employee is scheduled to work more than six (6) consecutive daysdays in a two (2) week period. (ii) Subject to the limitations of Article 13.08, the Employer shall provide that no employee is scheduled to work more than six (6) consecutive evening shifts or six five (65) consecutive night shifts in a two (2) week period. This does not preclude shift arrangements requested by the employee, in writingarrangements, acceptable to both the Employer and the employee(s), in variance to the foregoing.
