Consecutive Weekends. All hours worked on a regularly scheduled 22 nurse’s second (not regularly scheduled) consecutive weekend of work. 23 The third consecutive weekend worked, if applicable, shall be paid at the 24 regular rate of pay. A relief nurse who is working at least 20 hours per 25 week during a sustained time period shall receive such premium pay on 26 the nurse’s third consecutive weekend of work (and each third 27 consecutive weekend of work thereafter). Nurses may agree in writing 28 to waive consecutive weekend premium pay.
