Continuous control Sample Clauses

The "Continuous control" clause establishes the right or obligation for one party to maintain ongoing oversight or monitoring over certain processes, assets, or operations throughout the duration of an agreement. In practice, this may involve regular inspections, audits, or real-time access to systems to ensure compliance with contractual standards or regulatory requirements. By enabling uninterrupted supervision, the clause helps to promptly identify and address issues, thereby reducing risks and ensuring that performance remains consistent with agreed-upon terms.
