CONTRACT MONITORING MEETINGS. Contractor shall ensure at least one member of the leadership team is available to meet with the County Contract Manager or designee for monthly check-in technical assistance meetings. Additionally, Contractor shall ensure that staff providing program oversight and management attend the quarterly performance review meeting as scheduled by the County.

The agenda for the monitoring arrangements shall include, but shall not be limited to the following: submission of Performance Monitoring Information the outcome of any Service User satisfaction survey conducted by the Council; the level of any improvement achieved or required in respect of the quality standards a general review of the performance of the Services provided, including any issues arising; Service User complaints; policy and practice issues relating to this Service; the Provider’s processes for monitoring equality in employment and service delivery; safeguarding; including the nature and volume of referrals and whether such referrals have led to investigation and the outcomes of these investigations. The Provider is required to attend all such other forums, meetings and provide such reports as may reasonably be required by the Council including any reports and meetings as set out in Schedule 1 (Specification). So also, will the reports and findings of visits by Drakenstein Quality assurance inspectors, problems, errors, failures etc. will also be covered a set agenda for such meetings will emerge and develop over time. Any planning for the future may also be done at such meetings. 3.9.3 Temporary and Ad Hoc security guarding tasks will also be discussed at such meetings. 3.9.4 The Monthly Security Report will be discussed as well as any other relevant issue regarding the provision of private security services.

The Parties must review and discuss Service Quality Performance Reports and monitor performance of the Contract and consider any other matters reasonably required by either Party at Contract Monitoring Meetings which should be held in the form and intervals set out in Schedule 11 (Details of Contract Monitoring Meetings).

  • Tool Box Meetings 54.1 Tool Box Meetings are regarded as an important part of site based communications. The Employer will develop a program of consultation with its site based Employees around safety, productivity, constructability and methodology. 54.2 At least one toolbox meeting will be convened by the Employer per site, each month to facilitate and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ communication and consultation. Items to be discussed at each meeting may include but are not limited to programming of site work, site issues, work health and safety, job design, productivity issues, management policies, Agreement compliance, wages and conditions, compliance with statutory obligations and any other relevant issue raised. Notice of the meeting will be given at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled date, but can be rescheduled to accommodate site requirements. There will be a standing invitation for representatives of the Union to attend such toolbox meetings. Meetings will be scheduled so as to minimise disruption to production.

  • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.
