Contractor Website. The Contractor shall develop and maintain a website that is accurate and up-to-date, and that is designed in a way that enables Enrollees and Providers to quickly and easily locate all relevant information, as specified by EOHHS. If directed by EOHHS, the Contractor shall establish appropriate links on the Contractor’s website that direct users back to the EOHHS website portal.
Contractor Website. If a Contractor maintains its own dedicated Agreement website, they are restricted to showing literature only directed toward the models that are currently on the approved OGS Agreement. The Contractors website shall not have a web-based ordering system with the capability of receiving orders from Authorized Users. Contractor may provide a “hosted” or “punch-out” catalog that is available to Authorized Users via the NYS eMarketplace. Each Contractor’s website link will be listed under the Contractor information posted on the OGS website. The Contractor’s website will be the responsibility of the Contractor to maintain and keep updated. This website must remain accurate and available throughout the duration of Agreement. Determination of compliance will be at the sole discretion of the OGS. The State reserves the right to request demonstrations of the Contractor’s website. The only offerings allowed within the Contractor’s on-line configurator will be those within the OGS approved Configuration requirements (Standard Configuration and Additional Products). Contractor’s website shall comply with Contractor’s Manufacturer Umbrella Contract section titled Accessibility of Web Based Information and Applications Policy Language. Any conflicts between the OGS-posted price lists and items on a Contractor’s dedicated website shall be resolved in favor of the OGS-posted price list at time of the sale. Repeated conflicts between the two websites may at OGS’ discretion lead to the revoking of the ability of the Contractor to host their own dedicated website.

Contractor shall develop and maintain a customized and comprehensive website that follows modern principles of optimizing user experience on mobile and personal computer platforms and is navigable by individuals who have low literacy, disabilities, or require language assistance. Public Education and Outreach Staff. The Contractor shall designate staff member(s) to serve as 1835 Public Education and Outreach Coordinator(s). The number of staff members serving as Public 1836 Education and Outreach Coordinator(s) shall be adequate to perform the functions described in this 1837 Section at the scale relative to the Contractor’s Customer base. 1838 The Contractor shall provide thorough training for the Public Education and Outreach 1839 Coordinator(s) on the requirements of the County’s Discarded Materials collection program and 1840 relevant regulations (including, but not limited to, SB 1383, AB 1826, and AB 341) such that they are 1841 able to accurately communicate information to the public, including, but not limited to: Customers’ 1842 requirements under the County’s Collection program and SB 1383, AB 1826, AB 341, and other 1843 Applicable Law; the accepted materials and Prohibited Container Contaminants for each material 1844 stream; facility and Collection operations information; upcoming events and programs; and, other 1845 information necessary to answer Customer questions and promote the County’s education and 1846 outreach program.

If directed by EOHHS, the Contractor shall establish appropriate links on the Contractor’s website that direct users back to the EOHHS website portal; MassHealth Benefit Request and Eligibility Redetermination Assistance The Contractor or provider staff may help MassHealth applicants apply for MassHealth eligibility in the following ways. Such staff may: Explain the MassHealth Benefit Request (MBR) and Eligibility Redetermination Verification (ERV) forms to applicants; Assist MassHealth applicants in completing and submitting MBRs; Offer to assist applicants with completion of the annual ERV form; and Refer MassHealth applicants to the Exchange and MassHealth Customer Service Center.
