Copies to Union. The Company agrees to supply the Union with signed copies of all Letters of Agreement, Memorandums of Agreement and Appendices, which form part of the current Collective Agreement.
Copies to Union. The District will furnish the Union with job descriptions for all classifications in the bargaining unit including modifications and revisions thereto.
Copies to Union. Records of disciplinary action shall be forwarded to the Union President provided the Employer receives written authorization from the affected employee requesting such information be given to the Union.
Copies to Union. The Company agrees to forward to the Secretary of the Union, a copy of notices of job postings, appointments, hirings, lay-offs, recalls, termination of employment covered by this Agreement and other notices which the Company deems of general interest to the employees.
