Credit Program Clause Samples

The Credit Program clause establishes the terms under which a party may receive credits, such as financial incentives or allowances, typically in relation to purchases, usage, or performance under the agreement. It outlines the criteria for earning credits, the process for applying them, and any limitations or expiration conditions that may apply. This clause serves to incentivize certain behaviors or transactions and provides a clear framework for how credits are managed, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring both parties understand the benefits and obligations associated with the credit program.
