CUSIP Database Clause Samples

The CUSIP Database clause establishes the use of the CUSIP numbering system for identifying securities referenced in the agreement. It specifies that all securities involved will be identified by their unique CUSIP numbers, which are standardized codes used in the financial industry to track and settle trades. By requiring the use of CUSIP numbers, this clause ensures precise identification of securities, reducing the risk of confusion or errors in transactions.
