CUSTOMER DECLARATION. 2.1 I understand that this application will go through a vetting process and should my loan application be approved, a loan account of the amount requested will be created in my name and my current/salary account credited with the approved loan amount. Where the total approved loan amount includes amounts for loan takeovers at from other financiers, I further confirm that by completing and signing this form, I expressly consent to Premier Credit taking over such loans as I have indicated at the top of this form.

CUSTOMER DECLARATION. The Customer hereby applies for the service detailed above to be provided accordingly. The Parties agree that the processes of documents’ signing by both Parties shall be validly perform if the respective document has been signed by one of the Parties on paper and sent as an electronic document (a scanned copy of a document signed on paper) or if the document has been signed as an electronic document with a qualified electronic signature and if the other Party confirms/accepts the statements in the document object to signing by the both Parties by signing the document with qualified electronic signature or by manually signing the printed on paper document carrying already the signature of the other Party. The Party which has posed the latest signature on the document object to signing by both Parties, shall be obliged to send the other Party the final version of the document, signed by both Parties. It is also agreed that for the sake of the Parties’ relations the used electronic signatures and advanced electronic signatures shall have the legal effect of a handwritten signature. You also acknowledge that Prosolar Global may disclose information pertaining to such financial checks to relevant Credit Reporting or Recovering body, in accordance with privacy act 1988.
1.6 Our Electrician can negotiate and charge directly for upgrading your meter box or switchboard as and when required. In case if there is any cost for replacing your current electricity meter then it has to be borne by you, there can be other costs You agree to pay the balance amount of the system plus any additional cost towards the system installation. Prosolar Global must have the final payment on the day of installation by EFT, Credit card or Cheque.
1.7 It is your responsibility to inform Prosolar Global if or when you change your electricity retailer between initial agreement and date of installation. If you fail to inform Prosolar Global regarding the change in your electricity provider, then it may result in delay in grid connection and Prosolar Global will not be held liable or responsible for any such circumstances.
1.8 Prosolar Global will comply with the solar retailer code of conduct issued by Clean Energy Council.
CUSTOMER DECLARATION. The Customer accepts that it is informed of and proficient in the use of the software and equipment provided. It accepts that it has been adequately informed and is capable of determining for itself the suitability of the functionalities of the software and equipment provided to meet its requirements. The user accepts that it has been adequately informed concerning the nature of the data generated and their possible exportability to other software or hardware environments. In particular, Imagilys does not guarantee the exportability of the generated data to treatment planning systems. The Customer accepts that, when products or features are labeled “For testing purposes only”, “For research purposes only”, or “For investigational use only”, their use is limited to non-clinical purposes only. The Customer accepts that it has been informed of the requirement to regularly produce backup copies of its software applications, of its system and data.
