Common use of Daily Assignments Clause in Contracts

Daily Assignments. Terminal supervisor(s) will fill known vacancies on a daily basis by offering part-time and on-call employees shifts at their home terminal, then to part- time and on-call employees at the sister terminal. The vacancies shall be offered by seniority and based on their schedule of availability. This schedule will be posted in a location that can be viewed by all employees. This schedule and any changes will be provided to all affected employees, updated and posted as needed. It will be the responsibility of each employee to read and make note of their assignments.
