The Data Collection and Review clause establishes the procedures and responsibilities for gathering, accessing, and evaluating relevant data during the course of an agreement or project. Typically, this clause outlines what types of data must be collected, who is responsible for collecting and reviewing it, and the standards or timelines for such activities. For example, it may require regular submission of performance reports or audits of collected information. Its core function is to ensure transparency and accountability by providing a structured process for monitoring and verifying information critical to the agreement.
Data Collection and Review. Consultant shall coordinate with the City PM to identify the existing site data that will be provided by the City for use as part of the road design, and associated infrastructure design. The preliminary list of information to be provided includes, but is not limited to:
Data Collection and Review. An equity audit requires data collection from stakeholders across the VOM organization. Organizations collect data in many forms to provide them with a wide range of influences that contribute to better service for all residents of the VOM. Data collection can come from a variety of sources, including but not limited to the following: • Listening sessions with stakeholders/community leadership; • Organization observations; • Focus group interviews with community members; • Reviews of VOM policies, mission statement, vision statement, and ordinances; • Information provided on the organization’s website; • Organization climate surveys; • Attrition and retention reports; and • State reports based on the organization. Several community characteristics help tell the story of data. These include race, gender and gender identity, family income, national origin. Data indicators for community achievement include job opportunities; incarceration rates; restorative opportunities within the community with criminal justice system; and family and community engagement and leadership etc.
Data Collection and Review. AVCON will collect, review, compile, and summarize all existing data pertaining to the project. The Authority will provide AVCON will all available documentation, such as as-builts, survey data, record drawings, permits, and reports. The information will be reviewed, and design assumptions will be validated. Any potential deviations from the scope of work will immediately be brought to the Authority’s attention.
Data Collection and Review. ENGINEER will work with OWNER to collect all pertinent roadway and safety data. ENGINEER will selectively compare provided data to existing conditions as observed in aerial imagery, Google Earth, and field visits and document the apparent accuracy of the provided data. Data Collection and Review. Purpose: To facilitate community-wide understanding of the transit challenges and opportunities. To identity the vision for future Cheyenne Transit Program direction that has broad support throughout the community.
Data Collection and Review. Consultant shall research, collect, and review relevant data applicable to the hydraulic analysis. Such data include, but are not limited to, the effective FEMA hydraulic model for ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek, current topographic mapping, and as-built plans for the bridge carrying Old Portland Road over ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek.
Data Collection and Review. The consultant will compile the relevant information to understand the social, economic, and physical composition of the Town of Bay Harbor Islands and its historic experiences with flooding. The primary interests are critical infrastructure and facilities such as emergency response, and key ingress/egress corridors. This will include an understanding of the improvements to the stormwater conveyance systems within the Town are under way through the installation of new, larger outfall pipes. Information regarding the recent and proposed outfall improvements will be provided by the Town; specifically, the pipe sizes, elevations, locations and service areas will be required.
