DBE Certification Sample Clauses

The DBE Certification clause establishes requirements for a business to be recognized as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) under applicable laws or regulations. Typically, this clause outlines the documentation and verification processes a business must complete to prove its DBE status, such as submitting certification forms or maintaining eligibility throughout the contract period. Its core function is to ensure that only qualified businesses receive the benefits or opportunities reserved for DBEs, thereby promoting fair participation and compliance with diversity or inclusion goals in contracting.
