Definitions and General Conditions. A grievance is a claim by one (1) or more unit members or Envision United that there has been a violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of a provision of this Agreement, except for Article 3 (Management Rights). Claimed non- compliance with the procedures specified in Articles 17 and 19 is subject to this Grievance Procedure.
