Deliverables Support. The Materials will be delivered either via internet download or as a physical copy, at MainConcept’s sole discretion, though Customer may make its wishes for delivery method known and such wishes will be taken into account by MainConcept. MainConcept WILL NOT provide support for any third-party applications or software delivered with the Materials. Materials shall be sent to the Technical Contact listed above.
Deliverables Support. 4.5.2.1. The Contractor shall review and provide an assessment of Subsystem Contractor deliverables and other WS documents, including: • Risk assessment studies • System Safety Hazard Analysis Report (SSHAR) (CDRL A066) • Safety Assessment Reports (SARs) (CDRL A067) • Risk acceptance recommendations • Threat hazard assessment (CDRL A154) • Briefing materials (briefings, point/white papers, etc.) (CDRL A003) • Safety and Nuclear technical memorandaSource data for ICBM TOs IAW TMCR 86-01 (CDRL A110) • Changes to ICBM items in the MNCL when risks are addressed at the subsystem-level • Hazard Tracking System (HTS) data (CDRL A155) • Program data entry and maintenance and current risk acceptance status of WSs HTS • System Safety Program Plans (CDRL A065) • PESHE (CDRL A074) • Hazardous Materials Management Plan (CDRL A008-8) • Explosive Hazard Classification (EHC) (CDRL A157) • Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) (CDRL A156) 4.5.2.2. The Contractor shall produce any of the above listed deliverables when the risk requires system-level resolution. 4.5.2.3. The Contractor shall maintain AF Safety Risk Management official files of all risk assessment/acceptance. 4.5.2.3.1. The Contractor shall prepare risk assessments and risk acceptance recommendations and staffing packages. 4.5.2.3.2. The Contractor shall enter hazard data into the HTS. 4.5.2.3.3. The Contractor shall enter risk acceptance dates into the HTS. 4.5.2.3.4. The Contractor shall track need for reacceptance of System Safety risk per AFI 91-202.

  • CLAIMS SUPPORT The Board shall complete and submit the Trust Plan Administrator’s Waiver of Life Insurance Premium Plan Administrator Statement to the Trust Plan Administrator for life waiver claims when the Trust Plan Administrator does not administer and adjudicate the LTD benefits.

  • Software Support During the Term, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide all Software updates and qualified Software upgrades in accordance with the terms of the Service Contract as such materials become commercially available for distribution. Purchaser’s use of all Software, updates, and upgrades of Software shall be subject to this Agreement, the Original Terms, and the applicable ▇▇▇▇.

  • Administrative Support Services Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter or at such other period as deemed appropriate by the Distributor, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of up to 0.25% on an annual basis of the average during the period of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the “Service Fee”). Such Service Fee payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing administrative support services with respect to Accounts. The administrative support services in connection with Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the administrative support services that a Recipient may render as described in Section 3(b)(i) below.

  • Compliance Support Services Provide compliance policies and procedures related to services provided by BNY Mellon and, if mutually agreed, certain of the BNY Mellon Affiliates; summary procedures thereof; and periodic certification letters. · Such Compliance Support Services are administrative in nature and do not constitute, nor shall they be construed as constituting, legal advice or the provision of legal services for or on behalf of a Fund or any other person, and such services are subject to review and approval by the applicable Fund and by the Fund’s legal counsel. · Provide access to Fund records so as to permit the Fund or TRP to test the performance of BNY Mellon in providing the services under this Agreement. · Such Compliance Support Services performed by BNY Mellon under this Agreement shall be at the request and direction of the Fund and/or its chief compliance officer (the “Fund’s CCO”), as applicable. BNY Mellon disclaims liability to the Fund, and the Fund is solely responsible, for the selection, qualifications and performance of the Fund’s CCO and the adequacy and effectiveness of the Fund’s compliance program.
