DELIVERY OF PROPOSAL Clause Samples
The DELIVERY OF PROPOSAL clause sets out the requirements and procedures for submitting a proposal to the other party. It typically specifies the format, method, and deadline for delivery, such as requiring electronic submission by a certain date or delivery to a designated address. This clause ensures that proposals are submitted in a consistent and timely manner, reducing misunderstandings and disputes about whether a proposal was properly delivered.
