Design Concept Sample Clauses

The Design Concept clause defines the initial creative vision or plan for a project, outlining the fundamental ideas and aesthetic direction to be followed. Typically, this clause requires the designer or architect to present a conceptual overview, which may include sketches, mood boards, or written descriptions, for client review and approval before detailed design work begins. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties have a shared understanding of the project's direction from the outset, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or costly revisions later in the process.
