Design Concept. 1. The Artist shall visit, examine, research, and consider the site and surrounding area. If applicable, the Artist shall also consult with representatives of the community and consider their input and concerns.
2. The Design will include: a description of the method by which the Artwork is to be fabricated and installed; a description of any operational, maintenance and conservation requirements for the Artwork; a description of the placement of the Artwork at the site and any site preparations that may be required by the Using Agency and/or CDB including, but not limited to, any changes or modifications to any utility system or structure of the Site as necessary.
3. The Design must provide sufficient detail to permit the CDB to assure compliance with applicable local, state, and/or federal laws, ordinances and/or regulations.
4. The Artist shall attach to the Design a detailed budget for the design, fabrication, and installation of the Artwork.
Design Concept. 1. JACOBS will prepare two (2) design concept plans for the proposed improvements. The concept plans will include trail location, monument signage, pedestrian bridge crossing, bank improvements, overlook improvements, playground equipment options, fitness stations, and site furnishings as required.
2. Based upon the design concept plans, JACOBS will prepare a preliminary opinion of probable construction cost for the proposed improvements.
3. The concept plans and cost estimates will be submitted to the City for review. JACOBS will attend up to one (1) meeting with the City to review the concept plans and the preliminary opinion of probable construction costs.

Performance spaces are based on customer design brief, built to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Acoustic Engineering specification and agreed visual appearance.
2.4 In all circumstances without fail, or discussion, the customer agrees as a condition of this contract that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Acoustic Engineering has final authorisation on all final cosmetic finishes. Most cosmetic finishes are there specifically for their acoustic properties and the general professional user experience of the end user, while we welcome input from the customer or the customer’s representative on the final appearance there will be no deviation from our strict design concepts. Interference form outside “designers or architects” will invalidate this contract.
2.5 The design is intended to be built under full control of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Acoustic Engineering. In order to deliver the quality of result that we are known for we insist that all designs are built under our full control, that includes, at minimum, a full on-site project management team and usually that the designs are built by our own teams. Designs are not sold on the basis of self-build, we cannot control the quality of the end result or the effect the end result will have upon our reputation as a world-class studio design company.

Design Concept. The visual design concept focuses on the aesthetically pleasing presentation of DECICE as a brand by strategically selecting and placing of colours, fonts, typography and layout. Furthermore, it is intended to guarantee accessibility, usability and legibility. First, the selection of the colour scheme and design are described.
