Design Engineering Sample Clauses
The Design Engineering clause defines the responsibilities and standards for the creation and development of project designs and technical specifications. It typically outlines the scope of design services, the required qualifications of the design team, and the process for submitting and approving design documents. For example, it may specify that all engineering drawings must comply with relevant codes and be reviewed by the client before construction begins. This clause ensures that the design phase is clearly managed, reducing the risk of errors, delays, or misunderstandings during project execution.
