Design Meetings. (a) In order to obtain input in the preparation of, and prior to submitting, the Design Development Submittals and the Construction Document Submittals, the Parties will hold design review meetings (the “Design Review Meetings”) with the CTC Design Team and hold user group design workshops (the “Design Workshops”) beginning immediately after Commercial Close upon the following terms:
(i) the Project Co Representative shall arrange the Design Review Meetings and Design Workshops in consultation with the CTC Representative;
(ii) all Design Review Meetings and all Design Workshops shall be held in Hamilton, Ontario, unless the CTC otherwise agrees in writing;
(iii) the Parties shall cooperate to develop a reasonable schedule for the Design Review Meetings and the Design Workshops and shall incorporate such schedule into the Works Schedule;
(iv) Project Co shall circulate to the CTC Representative an agenda for each of the Design Review Meetings and each of the Design Workshops no later than 10 Business Days prior to the relevant Design Review Meeting and/or Design Workshop;
(v) Project Co shall circulate to the CTC Representative the information to be shared with the user groups no later than 5 Business Days prior to the relevant Design Workshop;
(vi) the Design Review Meetings and Design Workshops shall be held in person, except where otherwise agreed by the Parties, acting reasonably;
(vii) Project Co shall maintain minutes of the Design Review Meetings and Design Workshops, including possible design solutions and changes in design, and, within two Business Days after each Design Review Meeting and Design Workshop, Project Co shall provide to the CTC Representative a copy of the minutes, together with a copy of any notes, comments, sketches, drawings, tracings, lay-outs, plans or diagrams prepared at the Design Review Meeting and Design Workshop;
(viii) the CTC and Project Co agree that the subject matter of the Design Review Meetings and Design Workshops shall not be regarded as Submittals to which Schedule 10 - Review Procedure applies, and that the CTC shall not be bound by the input provided in connection with the Design Review Meetings and Design Workshops;
(ix) Project Co shall submit to the CTC the Design Development Submittals or the Construction Document Submittals, as applicable, for review pursuant to Schedule 10 - Review Procedure; and
(x) the Parties agree that, with respect to the Design Development Submittals and the Construction Document Sub...
Design Meetings. The ENGINEER will meet at reasonable customary intervals to provide a close liaison with the OWNER and other recognized authorities having jurisdiction in regard to the engineering phases of the project. Two (2) meetings are included in this agreement, a Kickoff Meeting and at 30% (in-person) stage of the project.

During the design phases of the Improvements, if Tenant shall meet with the Architect to review and discuss the significant aspects of the design documents as then completed, Landlord's Representative shall attend any or all such meetings as and when requested by Tenant upon reasonable prior notice.

Developer shall prepare and distribute minutes of such design meetings and shall distribute such minutes to the County and others in attendance at such meeting within seven (7) days after each design meeting. Such minutes shall be reviewed, amended if necessary, and approved at the next design meeting following the distribution thereof.
