Designation of Responsible Employee. Within ninety (90) calendar days after the Effective Date of this Agreement, TBHC shall designate at least one person to coordinate its efforts to comply with or carry out its responsibilities under Section 1557 and investigate any complaint received pursuant to the aforementioned grievance procedure.

REPORTING REQUIREMENTS: By February 15, 2018, the District will provide OCR the name and qualifications of the individual(s) appointed as the Discipline Supervisor and implementation of the notice requirements of item 1. By July 2, 2018, and July 1, 2019, and July 1, 2020, the District will provide documentation to OCR regarding its implementation of the notice requirements of item 1. REPORTING REQUIREMENT: By January 12, 2018, the District will provide OCR the name and qualifications of the individual(s) proposed to be designated as the Discipline Supervisor(s) and documentation regarding its implementation of the notice requirements of item 1. By June 30, 2018, June 30, 2019, and June 30, 2020, the District will provide to OCR copies of all complaints about discipline received by the District.

  • Allocation of Responsibility The City assumes no responsibility for the tax consequences of any VEBA contributions made by or on behalf of any member. Each union that elects to require VEBA contributions for the benefit of its members assumes sole responsibility for insuring that the VEBA complies with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, the Internal Revenue Code, and agrees to indemnify and hold the City harmless for any taxes, penalties and any other costs and expenses resulting from such contributions.
