Diligent Completion. The Company agrees to use its reasonable efforts to cause the completion of the Project as soon as practicable, but in any event on or prior to the end of the Investment Period.

7.3.2. Securing all necessary public entitlements and building permits;
7.3.3. Securing all financing necessary to complete the Project, consistent with the Project Budget.
Diligent Completion. Following compliance by Tenant with its obligation under the foregoing paragraphs, Tenant shall timely commence Tenant's Work in order to complete 1- same within a reasonable period of time. Tenant's Work shall be diligently pursued and shall be performed in a good and work▇▇▇ ▇▇▇e manner.
