Discount Levels. Member may improve its discount level as it and its Affiliates (defined below) continue to order Software through the CLP. Member’s discount level shall be applied to its Affiliates’ orders and the points accumulated with each Member or Affiliate order shall be added to Member’s cumulative point total.   • Discount Rates 1.1 The discount rates applied to Comcast Phone purchases of BellSouth Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit E. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by Comcast Phone for the purposes of resale to Comcast Phone’s End Users shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

  • Discount Percentage The Discount Percentage shall be based upon the monthly average of the net assets of all of the funds on Master Schedule A to Management Contracts (“Group Assets”), as may be updated from time to time, and the monthly average of the net assets of the Fund (computed in the manner set forth in the Trust’s Declaration of Trust or other organizational document) determined as of the close of business on each business day throughout the month. After determination of the average Group Assets tier bound level in Master Schedule B to Management Contracts, as may be updated from time to time, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Contract, the Discount Percentage shall be determined on a cumulative basis pursuant to the schedule set forth in Master Schedule B to Management Contracts.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels.
