Disposition of Material. PCAS shall at its sole cost and expense either store or destroy all API, Pleconaril and Starting Materials, other than VP 50665, in the possession of PCAS or InterChem, and PCAS shall not sell, give or otherwise transfer such API, Pleconaril or Starting Materials, other than VP 50665, to any third party.

Disposition of Material. Upon completion of the Period of Performance, all materials associated with this Contract that were purchased by the Contractor and not depleted during the performance of the Contract shall become the property of the Government. The Contractor shall transfer all materials not depleted to the COR. The Contractor’s Monthly Progress Report shall include a complete list of all material purchased to date under the Contract. The Contractor shall deliver all material (end items) to the Government through Building 125, Central Receiving with a DD1149. The DD1149 shall include the following: 1) Dollar Value 2) Purchase Request Number 3) Item Description 4) Serial Number 5) Model Number 6) Quantity 7) Contract Number 8) Technical Point of Contact

Disposition of Material a. No components from units greater than 25 ppm PCB’s are to be reused for spare parts. b. All copper and aluminum are to be processed in metal reclamation furnace. c. Transformer nameplates axe to be delivered back to participating member’s Electric Department. d. All material leaving facility deemed for steel yards, foundries, and/or smelters are to be tested to be within EPA classification of non-detectable under TSCA. e. Decommissioning statements will be issued for each transformer, meter, and capacitor decommissioned. f. Boxes or containers are to be provided for decommissioned meters.
