Driver Duties Clause Samples

The Driver Duties clause defines the specific responsibilities and obligations that a driver must fulfill under an agreement. Typically, this includes requirements such as maintaining a valid driver's license, adhering to traffic laws, ensuring the vehicle is in safe operating condition, and promptly reporting any incidents or violations. By clearly outlining these expectations, the clause helps ensure safe and lawful operation of vehicles, reduces liability for the employer or contracting party, and provides a basis for accountability if the driver fails to meet their obligations.
