Duties with Respect to the Trust Clause Samples

The "Duties with Respect to the Trust" clause defines the responsibilities and obligations of the trustee in managing and administering the trust assets. It typically outlines the trustee's duty to act in the best interests of the beneficiaries, maintain accurate records, and follow the terms set forth in the trust agreement.
