EAP Program Clause Samples
EAP Program. The Employer shall continue offering the current Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all employees in the bargaining unit.
EAP Program. The Company agrees to maintain an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) during the term of this agreement.
EAP Program. The Employer will implement and fund an Employee Assistance Program for all employees.
EAP Program. The employer agrees to provide an Employee and Family Benefit Program to all staff and their dependents.
EAP Program. The Umbrella will provide all employees that have completed their probationary period, access, at no cost, to our EAP Program.
EAP Program. The City pays the premium for participation in an Employee Assistance Program for Unit members and their dependents.
EAP Program. The City pays the premium for participation in an Employee Assistance Program for Unit members and their eligible dependents. Unit members participate in the state-sponsored short-term disability program at no expense to the City. Any Unit member covered hereunder who elects to opt-out of medical, dental & vision coverages offered by the City will be paid a cash benefit in lieu of said coverage equal to one half (1/2) of the average monthly cost to the City for single employee medical insurance coverage only (not including dental or vision), provided such Unit member can demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the City, that such Unit member has opted out of all three (3) coverages and can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the City, that such Unit member has substantially equivalent medical coverage through some other insurance plan, which plan shall remain in full force and effect during the entire term of employment of such Unit member with the City. The City shall have the sole and unfettered right to determine whether a Unit member has satisfactorily demonstrated substantially equivalent medical coverage, and any such Unit member seeking reimbursement from the City must, at least annually, provide written proof of such substantially equivalent medical coverage in a form satisfactory to the City. Payment of this incentive pay shall be made bi-weekly through the regular payroll system.
EAP Program. This letter of understanding shall be read together with and shall form part of the Collective Agreement between the Company and the Union. It is recognized that substance abuse and Psychological disorders (and their related problems) can result in serious medical and social issues affecting employees. As a result, the Company and the Union have a strong interest in encouraging early treatment and assisting employees towards full rehabilitation. The Company agrees to take a comprehensive approach when dealing with such employee problems and Company assistance will include the referral of employees to appropriate counselling services or treatment and rehabilitation facilities when necessary. The Company will provide all normal group insurance benefits to employees involved in a medically prescribed course of treatment. A joint Committee with representatives of the Company and Union will be established to administer this program.
EAP Program. The policy in regards to the EAP Program shall be in accordance with Appendix B attached.
EAP Program. Upon completion of the EAP program in a satisfactory manner as determined by the EAP provider, the affected employee shall be entitled to return to the same job held prior to enrollment in the EAP program. Any further substance testing to be done shall be as part of their ongoing treatment process by the EAP provider. The only exception shall be if the City has probable cause. While the City believes that it has an obligation to help employees overcome substance problems, this obligation is a finite one. The City may provide for self-referral and/or supervision- referral for substance abuse to the EAP program. Probable cause will be reviewed in accordance with normal disciplinary procedures.
