EFFECTIVE DATE OF PROMOTION Sample Clauses

The "Effective Date of Promotion" clause establishes the specific date when a promotion becomes active and enforceable. This clause typically identifies the exact calendar day from which promotional terms, benefits, or changes in status apply, such as when an employee's new title and salary take effect or when a marketing offer is available to customers. By clearly defining the start date, the clause ensures all parties understand when the new terms begin, preventing confusion or disputes about eligibility or entitlements.
