Electronic Interfaces Clause Samples
The 'Electronic Interfaces' clause defines the rules and protocols governing the use of digital platforms or systems for communication, data exchange, or transaction execution between parties. It typically outlines which electronic systems are authorized, the standards for data transmission, and the responsibilities of each party in maintaining secure and reliable access. By establishing clear guidelines for electronic interactions, this clause ensures operational efficiency and reduces the risk of disputes arising from misunderstandings or technical failures in digital communications.
Electronic Interfaces. The Parties shall work cooperatively in the implementation of electronic gateway access to VERIZON Operational Support Systems (OSS) functions in the long-term in accordance with established industry standards. SPRINT should refer to the GTE Guide for the current OSS capabilities.
3.5.1 The Parties agree that the Joint Settlement Agreement (“JSA”) entered into between the Parties, and as reflected in California Public Utilities Commission Decision Number ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇, shall govern any change management principles applicable to changes in the OSSs included in Decision Number ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇.
3.5.2 All costs and expenses for any new or modified electronic interfaces exclusively to meet SPRINT requirements that VERIZON determines are different from what is Currently Available will be paid by SPRINT, if VERIZON agrees to provide such new or modified interfaces.
3.5.3 SPRINT shall be responsible for modifying and connecting any of its pre-ordering and ordering systems with VERIZON provided interfaces as described in the GTE Guide.
Electronic Interfaces. The Parties shall work cooperatively in the implementation of electronic gateway access to GTE Operational Support Systems (OSS) functions in the long-term in accordance with established industry standards. CCI should refer to the GTE Guide for the current OSS capabilities. The Parties agree that the Change Management Process (CMP) as defined on GTE’s WISE website at URL: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/wise, shall govern any change management principles applicable to changes in the OSS interfaces. CCI may submit a written request to GTE if CCI desires new or modified electronic interfaces exclusively to meet CCI’s requirements. If such requested electronic interfaces are different from what is Currently Available, GTE may agree, at its sole discretion, to provide such electronic interfaces; provided, however, all costs and expenses associated with the new or modified electronic interfaces shall be paid by CCI. CCI shall be responsible for modifying and connecting any of its pre-ordering and ordering systems with GTE provided interfaces as described in the GTE Guide.
Electronic Interfaces. AT&T-12STATE has two electronic interfaces. These interfaces are the Service Order Entry Interface and the Interactive Interface. The Parties agree that Customer may use the electronic interface(s) to Administer any line record Customer maintains in AT&T-12STATE’s LIDB and/or CNAM Database that is also Administered through the same type of interface (provided, however that the use of the LIDB and/or CNAM Database pursuant to this Appendix is limited to LWC only).
4.4.1 These interfaces and their capabilities are not compatible with, nor can they be used in conjunction with, the LSR Process described in this Section 4 (below).
Electronic Interfaces. The Parties shall work cooperatively in the implementation of electronic gateway access to Verizon Operational Support Systems (OSS) functions in the long-term in accordance with established industry standards. ServiSense should refer to the GTE Guide for the current OSS capabilities. The Parties agree that the Change Management Process (CMP) as defined on Verizon’s WISE website at URL: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/wise, shall govern any change management principles applicable to changes in the OSS interfaces. ServiSense may submit a written request to Verizon if ServiSense desires new or modified electronic interfaces exclusively to meet ServiSense’s requirements. If such requested electronic interfaces are different from what is Currently Available, Verizon may agree, at its sole discretion, to provide such electronic interfaces; provided, however, all costs and expenses associated with the new or modified electronic interfaces shall be paid by ServiSense. ServiSense shall be responsible for modifying and connecting any of its pre-ordering and ordering systems with Verizon provided interfaces as described in the GTE Guide.
Electronic Interfaces. The Parties shall work cooperatively in the implementation of electronic gateway access to GTE Operational Support Systems (OSS) functions in the long-term in accordance with established industry standards. Gulf Coast should refer to the GTE Guide for the current OSS capabilities. The Parties agree that the Change Management Process (CMP) as defined on GTE’s WISE website at URL: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/wise, shall govern any change management principles applicable to changes in the OSS interfaces. Gulf Coast may submit a written request to GTE if Gulf Coast desires new or modified electronic interfaces exclusively to meet Gulf Coast’s requirements. If such requested electronic interfaces are different from what is Currently Available, GTE may agree, at its sole discretion, to provide such electronic interfaces; provided, however, all costs and expenses associated with the new or modified electronic interfaces shall be paid by Gulf Coast. Gulf Coast shall be responsible for modifying and connecting any of its pre- ordering and ordering systems with GTE provided interfaces as described in the GTE Guide.
Electronic Interfaces. Each BA service order completion (with the exception of complete account conversions processed through the BA Service Order Processor ("SOP") system, e.g., complex services or accounts of 10 lines or greater) shall contain all working telephone numbers ("WTNs") that were processed on the service order. Should BA develop the capability of providing WTNs on orders completed through the SOP system for itself during the Term of this Agreement, BA will make such capability for SOP-processed orders available to AT&T. The Parties mutually agree to continue discussions regarding the feasibility, timeframes and cost to implement such SOP capabilities for AT&T Customers.
