ELECTRONIC OR HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE. Both parties agree that you may acknowledge and agree to these Booking Terms and Condition: (i) electronically; (ii) by handwritten signature; (iii) by any other electronic means, including without limitation acknowledgement via email acceptance of these Booking Terms and Conditions; or (iv) by your implied consent deemed via your actions which shall include without limitation the payment of the Invoice and/ or your use of the Services provided by Laurier Du Vallon or any other Travel Supplier related to your booking. All such means will be deemed to constitute effective acknowledgement and execution of this Agreement and shall be sufficient to bind the parties to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable. REFUNDS: All payments to Xceptional Travel Destinations Travel Club d/b/a XTD Travel Club are non-refundable and non-transferable. To do this, we often enter into contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other travel vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds after booking. As this is how we are able to ensure that you get amazing travel packages, with lots of amenities included in those packages and offered the opportunity to make easy payments on your vacation. PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. TRAVEL PROTECTION: For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by Xceptional Travel Destinations Travel Club d/b/a XTD Travel Club to you, constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. Xceptional Travel Destinations Travel Club d/b/a XTD Travel Club is not an insurance company and has no responsibility for the submission, payment or adjustment of any insurance claims. Any insurance claims that may fall under the relevant travel insurance policy must be submitted to the insurance company identified in the policy.   • Facsimile and Email Signatures The use of facsimile signatures and signatures delivered by email in portable document format (.pdf) affixed in the name and on behalf of the transfer agent and registrar of the Partnership on certificates representing Common Units is expressly permitted by this Agreement.

  • Counterpart Signatures This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, including via facsimile, each of which shall be deemed an original for all purposes, including judicial proof of the terms hereof, and all of which together shall constitute and be deemed one and the same agreement.

  • Counterparts; Fax Signatures This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts (including executed counterparts delivered and exchanged by facsimile transmission) with the same effect as if all signing parties had originally signed the same document, and all counterparts shall be construed together and shall constitute the same instrument. For all purposes, signatures delivered and exchanged by facsimile transmission shall be binding and effective to the same extent as original signatures.

  • Counterparts; Facsimile or .pdf Signatures This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered will be deemed an original, and all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile or by .pdf file and upon such delivery the facsimile or .pdf signature will be deemed to have the same effect as if the original signature had been delivered to the other party.

  • Facsimile or .pdf Signature This Agreement may be executed by facsimile or .pdf signature and a facsimile or .pdf signature shall constitute an original for all purposes.
