Eligible Class Sample Clauses

The 'Eligible Class' clause defines which individuals or groups are permitted to participate in or benefit from a particular plan, agreement, or offering. Typically, this clause outlines specific criteria such as job titles, employment status, or other qualifying characteristics that determine eligibility. For example, it may specify that only full-time employees or members of a certain department are included. Its core practical function is to clearly delineate the scope of coverage or participation, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring that only intended parties are included.
