Email Accounts Sample Clauses
The 'Email Accounts' clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the creation, use, and management of email accounts provided by an organization. Typically, it outlines who is eligible to receive an official email account, the acceptable uses of such accounts, and any restrictions on personal or unauthorized activities. For example, it may require users to use the account solely for business purposes and to comply with security protocols. This clause ensures that email communications remain secure, professional, and aligned with organizational policies, thereby reducing risks related to misuse or data breaches.
