Emergency Relocation. ‌ In the event of natural disasters, emergencies, and/or damage to a School’s facilities, the School may provide educational services at temporary locations not identified in Exhibit A, provided the School notify the Commission of the location prior to the start of services at the temporary location.

Emergency Relocation. In the event of an emergency as determined by PROVIDER, PROVIDER may relocate, modify, or alter the USER Fibers and/or the System without prior notice to USER. In such event, as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter and not less than seventy-two (72) hours after having taken such action, PROVIDER will advise USER of the emergency work performed or the action taken with respect to any emergency modification or alteration of the USER Fibers and/or the System.

Emergency Relocation. The city may, at any time, in case of fire, disaster or other emergency, as determined by the city in its reasonable discretion, cut or move any parts of the system, operation, or appurtenances on, over or under the rights-of-way or public property of the city, in which event the city shall not be liable therefore to a provider. The city shall attempt to notify a provider as most practicable under the circumstances in the event of emergency relocation.
Emergency Relocation. In cases of Emergency, both Parties agree to work co- operatively and apply commercially reasonable best efforts to Relocate Equipment immediately as directed by the Commissioner. It is understood by both Parties that in cases of Emergency, the Municipality may take any measure deemed necessary to safeguard public health and safety, including any measure with respect to the Company’s Equipment that may be required in the circumstances.
