Emergency Relocation. In the event of natural disasters, emergencies, and/or damage to a School’s facilities, the School may provide educational services at temporary locations not identified in Exhibit A, provided the School notify the Commission of the location prior to the start of services at the temporary location.

Emergency Relocation. Section C shall not apply in the event of employee transfers that are the result of a facilities closure, partial or total, that is for fire, flood, utilities breakdown, or other events that could not reasonably have been foreseen in advance.
Emergency Relocation. Notwithstanding Section 3.3, in the event of an emergency, as determined in Compass’ or Hosting Facility’s reasonable discretion, or other unforeseen circumstances, Compass and/ or Hosting Facility may rearrange, remove, or relocate Customer Hardware without any liability to Compass. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of emergency, Compass shall provide Customer, to the extent practicable, reasonable notice in the event of rearranging, removing, or relocating the Customer Hardware. So long as Compass has been paid and ships the Customer Hardware for relocation as contemplated in this section, the risk of loss or damage during the repair process will be covered pursuant to Compass’ then-applicable cargo insurance, to the extent available.
Emergency Relocation. In the event of an emergency as determined by PROVIDER, PROVIDER may relocate, modify, or alter the USER Fibers and/or the System without prior notice to USER. In such event, as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter and not less than seventy-two (72) hours after having taken such action, PROVIDER will advise USER of the emergency work performed or the action taken with respect to any emergency modification or alteration of the USER Fibers and/or the System.

In the event of an emergency (meaning a serious, unexpected and/or dangerous situation requiring immediate action) giving rise to material risk to the Facility, equipment or personnel located at the Facility, as determined in Service Provider’s reasonable discretion, Service Provider may rearrange, remove, or relocate the Mining Equipment without any liability to Customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of emergency, Service Provider shall provide Customer, to the extent practicable, reasonable notice prior to rearranging, removing, or relocating the Mining Equipment.

In the event of an emergency, or where the IMPROVEMENTS create or are contributing to an imminent danger to health, safety or property, CITY may remove, relay or relocate any or all parts of that IMPROVEMENTS without prior notice; however, CITY shall make diligent reasonable efforts to provide prior notice to APPLICANT. APPLICANT shall be responsible for all costs reasonably incurred in connection with such emergency relocation. Emergency Relocation. The city may, at any time, in case of fire, disaster or other emergency, as determined by the city in its reasonable discretion, cut or move any parts of the system, operation, or appurtenances on, over or under the rights-of-way or public property of the city, in which event the city shall not be liable therefore to a provider. The city shall attempt to notify a provider as most practicable under the circumstances in the event of emergency relocation.
Emergency Relocation. In cases of Emergency, both Parties agree to work co- operatively and apply commercially reasonable best efforts to Relocate Equipment immediately as directed by the Commissioner. It is understood by both Parties that in cases of Emergency, the Municipality may take any measure deemed necessary to safeguard public health and safety, including any measure with respect to the Company’s Equipment that may be required in the circumstances.
