Employee Access to Files. 12.2.1 Employees shall have the right to review their file. Such access shall be on reasonable notice during office hours and in the presence of the Executive Director or designate. 12.2.2 Union representatives have the same right to review an employee’s file providing the affected employee has provided written authorization. 12.2.3 Employees or the Union Representative shall not remove anything from the file but may request copies of any documentation in the file.
