Employee Access to Files. If requested by the employee, the organization will provide an electronic or paper copy to the employee within five (5) business days. Responses to employee requests are subject to extension based on administrative capacity and operating obligations upon agreement of both parties. The employee shall receive a copy of any material related to discipline or job performance that is put into their official personnel file. The employee has the right to have their written response to any material related to discipline or job performance in the official personnel file attached to the material.
