End User Obligations. End User shall designate one individual to communicate directly with Licensor on the End User’s behalf and to whom all Licensor communications concerning the Agreement may be addressed (such individual will be known as the “End User Contact”). End User shall cooperate with Licensor, including by making available management decisions, information, approvals and acceptances, as reasonably requested by Licensor to the extent required to permit Licensor to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities hereunder. The End User Contact or his or her designate will be the principal point of contact for obtaining such decisions, information, approvals and acceptances. Only personnel as expressly so designated by the End User Contact will be authorized to make commitments on the part of End User that would amend the Agreement. End User shall, to the extent it is able, provide reasonable notice to Licensor of anticipated material changes that could increase, decrease, or otherwise impact the resources needed to permit Licensor to provide the BDR Services. If End User is unable to provide reasonable notice of such material changes, then the Parties shall mutually determine the impact of such material changes on the BDR Services, and mutually agree upon such adjustments as may be appropriate. End User shall install the Licensed Software on its own servers protected by industry standard administrative, technical and physical security procedures and policies to protect the Licensed Software from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
End User Obligations. 4.1 The End-User shall keep a complete and accurate audit trail of all financial and non-financial transactions relating to this Licence Agreement and shall retain the same for a period of six (6) years. The End-User shall grant the Solutions Provider and/or Royal Mail and/or their agents reasonable accompanied access upon reasonable prior notice, during working hours, to its premises, accounts and records relevant to this Licence Agreement for the purposes of verifying and monitoring the End-User’s compliance with its obligations under this Licence Agreement (the “Audit”) and shall provide all reasonable cooperation and assistance in relation to the Audit. Royal Mail shall not carry out an Audit more than once in any twelve (12) month period except where it reasonably suspects that the End-User has failed to comply with any of its obligations under this Licence Agreement.
4.2 The End-User shall comply with all laws and regulations applicable to its use of the Data.
End User Obligations. Prior to requesting Support Services from MinIO, End User shall comply with all published operating and troubleshooting procedures for the Software, including the Documentation. To assist in expeditiously resolving End User’s support requests, the End User should record the following information for reference and should provide the information to ▇▇▇▇▇: (i) error messages and indications that End User received when the malfunction occurred; (ii) what the user was doing when the malfunction occurred; (iii) what steps End User has taken to reproduce the malfunction; (iv) what steps End User may have already taken to solve the Problem; and (v) system logging. For certain Software Problems, ▇▇▇▇▇ may require that End User provide ▇▇▇▇▇ a test case and sufficient documentation to allow duplication of the Problem. Subject to End User’s reasonable security and safety rules, End User shall provide access to End User’s information, systems, and software reasonably requested by ▇▇▇▇▇, including remote control access to each Unit as necessary to provide the Support Services. End User will obtain any third party consents necessary to grant such access. MinIO will be relieved of its obligation to provide any Support Services due to End User’s failure to comply with this section.

The End User shall cooperate with Licensor’s reasonable requests in connection with providing the Maintenance Services, including, without limitation, by providing Licensor with timely access to data, information and personnel of the End User. The End User is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data and information provided to Licensee in connection with the Maintenance Services.
End User Obligations. 5.1 Each End User Authorised User and the End User Administrator shall be subject to the terms of the Acceptable Use Policy. The End User shall take all necessary steps to ensure that each End User Authorised User and End User Administrator complies with the terms of the Acceptable Use Policy.
5.2 More precisely, each End User shall ensure compliance with Competition Law rules and, in particular, refrain from, directly or indirectly, sharing with or making available to non-authorised users any Sensitive Information provided by the Service. Unlawful sharing or dissemination of Sensitive Information can constitute a serious breach of Competition Law rules and can expose the implicated parties to an investigation and significant fines by the competent competition authorities.
5.3 If the End User becomes aware, following notification by ESF or otherwise, of any misuse of any Publisher Data, or any security breach in respect of the Journal Comparison Service, that could compromise the security or integrity of the Publisher Data or otherwise adversely affect the Journal Comparison Service, the End User shall take steps to remedy the issue without undue delay.
5.4 The End User shall at all times promptly grant all reasonable cooperation desired by ESF for security purposes.
End User Obligations. 2.1 You must not do any of the following with the App except to the extent expressly permitted by this Terms of Use Agreement:
2.1.1 sell, copy, reproduce, translate, communicate, reverse engineer, publish, distribute, rent, loan, sub-license, derive source code from, modify, adapt, merge, disassemble, decompile, create derivative works based on or otherwise transfer or deal in copies or reproductions of the App or any part or interest in it to other parties in any way (except where the App expressly permits you to take screen grabs from the App);
2.1.2 engage in any act that Reality Check deems to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the App including without limitation using cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorised third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the App;
2.1.3 attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or to the computers, devices, servers, or networks connected to them by any means other than the user interfaces provided by Reality Check; or
2.1.4 use the App for any illegal or immoral purposes.
End User Obligations. End User agrees to: (i) make all agreed-upon payments to Microshare in a timely manner, (ii) comply with all laws applicable to End User’s conduct, (iii) use reasonable security precautions, as determined by the manner in which End User uses the Platform, (iv) cooperate with Microshare’s investigation of security issues, outages, problems, and any suspected breach of this Platform License or violation of the law, and (vi) notify Microshare immediately if End User suspects unauthorized use or abuse of any Sensors managed or monitored for End User by Microshare.

The End User shall cooperate with Appian’s reasonable requests in connection with providing the Maintenance Services, including, without limitation, by providing Appian with timely access to data, information and personnel of the End User. The End User is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data and information provided to Appian in connection with the Maintenance Services.

(v) you shall not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or transmit the Software or Service in any form or by any means;
(vi) you shall not use the Service by providing a false identity or pretending to be another person;
(vii) you shall not take part in any action that may breach ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, Inc.’s intellectual property rights in the Service;
(viii) you shall only install the Software and use the Service on computers that you own and only for non-commercial purposes, and the Software and Service shall not be used on computers owned by other people or businesses;
(ix) you shall not under any circumstance share or distribute your Username and Password with non-Service subscribers or any other party; doing so will result in the cancellation of your subscription without refund;
(x) you shall not create any derivative works from the Software or Service (in whole or in part);
(xi) you shall not impede or interrupt the Service in any way;
(xii) you shall not publish any benchmarking or similar type of analysis without the prior written consent of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, Inc.;
(xiii) you shall back up the important files that reside on your computer(s) on a regular basis;
(xiv) if applicable, you shall ensure your employees and all persons who have the authorized right to use the Service have had the terms of this Agreement made known to them;
(xv) you shall install updates on your computer when prompted to ensure up-to-date Service;
(xvi) you shall permit regular and uninterrupted communication (including access through firewalls) with the Internet in order to enable the Service; and
(xvii) you shall comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation, all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treaties, regulations, ordinances and directives.
End User Obligations. End User agrees to take all reasonable steps to safeguard the Supplier Services and Products and the login credentials related thereto to ensure that no unauthorized person has access thereto and that no unauthorized copy, publication, disclosure or distribution in any form is made. End User hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Supplier Services and Products contains valuable, confidential information and trade secrets and that unauthorized use and/or copying of same would be harmful to End User. End User shall hold in confidence, and shall not disclose (or permit or suffer its users to disclose) non-public information regarding features, functionality and performance of the Supplier Services or Products to any third party (“Confidential Information”). End User may use Confidential Information only for the purpose for which it was disclosed and, except as expressly permitted herein, shall not use or exploit such Confidential Information for its own benefit or the benefit of a third party. The foregoing confidentiality and non-use obligations shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other confidentiality and non-use obligations set forth in this Agreement. End User hereby represents and warrants that it will comply with all laws, rules and regulations which apply to its use of the Supplier Services and Products and any other End User’s activities in connection with this Agreement.
