Engineer Services. 4.01 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Article 11 or elsewhere in the Agreement, the Designers’ Engineer, as part of Article 15Extra Services, shall attend and record minutes of commissioning meetings and provide requested guidance and appropriate inspections of such third party commissioning services to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents. The final commissioning of all systems shall be performed prior to the project’s final inspection. 4.02 The cost of observation of the Work and site visits performed by the Engineering Consultants or Associates listed in Article 3 hereof are included in the fee for Designer’s basic services. The frequency of the observation of the Work and site visits by such Engineering Consultants or Associates shall be consistent with the size and nature of the Work and as described in Attachment A, UA Minimum Field Inspection Requirements. Observation/Inspections of the Work and site visits by such Engineering Consultants or Associates shall neither eliminate nor substitute for the Designer's minimum weekly observation of the Work as required in this Contract.
Engineer Services. As specifically authorized by the Scope of Services approved by CITY in writing, CONSULTANT shall perform the following services: 2.3.1 CONSULTANT shall furnish a chief resident engineer or construction observer for observation of construction, and assistants (including other field staff, related office management and clerical staff) as may be needed. All of which shall be under the general direction and instruction of the CONSULTANT.

Engineer Services. Specific services of the Engineer shall be as follows:
Engineer Services. Initiate a shared file directory for use by the project team.
Engineer Services. The Provider shall operate and advertise a separate phone line and email address for Registered Businesses and Engineers to raise any queries relating to their registration. The Provider shall operate and advertise a separate phone line and email address for Registered Businesses and Engineers to access a team of experienced gas engineers, offering support with decision making to address technical issues. Where appropriate, the technical helpline shall also support gas consumer and enforcement bodies enquiries.
Engineer Services. The Engineer is responsible for performing engineering oversight by demonstrating and maintaining each inspector’s experience, including: training, details about previous experience (how experience was obtained, and how experience can be verified), certifications (when required), how certifications are to be maintained and continuing education of inspectors. In addition, the Engineer shall provide engineering services when specifically requested by the State. All inspectors furnished by the Engineer will be approved by the State. This does not relieve the contracting Engineer of the responsibility to assure that inspectors are fully qualified to correctly perform services being provided. The State reserves the right to verify that inspector(s) meet the minimum qualifications. The Engineer is responsible to furnish inspectors meeting or exceeding the following minimum requirements.
Engineer Services. Obtain and review of existing salient data and reports to include well logs, as-builts, geologic maps, hydrographic and geomorphic studies, soils maps, and topographic maps including preconstruction maps if available.
Engineer Services. Prepare, maintain, and update a permit tracking log that will be used to track the status of relevant permits and identify the influence that regulatory schedules have on the overall project schedule.
Engineer Services. Coordinate and facilitate a 4-hour concept refinement meeting in the City of Yakima.
