Equipment and Data. User shall be solely responsible for providing, maintaining, and ensuring compatibility with the Service, all hardware, software, electrical, and other physical requirements for User’s use of the Service, including, without limitation, telecommunications and internet access connections and links, web browsers, or other equipment, programs, and services required to access and use the Service. User shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and ownership of any and all data that User submits to the Service.

Equipment and Data. Contractor shall furnish all drawings, ------------------ specifications, specific design data, preliminary arrangements and outline drawings of the equipment and all other information as required in accordance with this Contract in sufficient detail to indicate that the equipment and fabricated materials to be supplied under this Contract comply with the Turnkey Specifications.

Equipment and Data. Except for Customer Provided Charging Equipment, Xcel Energy shall own and maintain title to the Charging Equipment, and Customer shall not make any alterations, changes or modifications to the Charger without first securing prior written permission from Xcel Energy and/or any applicable underlying manufacturer. All rights, title and interest in the Data and related information generated by, collected from, or recorded through the Equipment shall also immediately vest in and shall be owned by Xcel Energy. Xcel Energy shall therefore have the right to use, copy, and distribute such Data as may be necessary and helpful to administer, provide and evaluate the EV Accelerate At Home Program, evaluate Electric Vehicles and Electric Vehicle support equipment, to support regulatory filings, to respond to discovery and audit requests from the Commission, to develop regulated programs and offerings and for any other Xcel Energy business purpose consistent with Minnesota law, including Commission rules. To the extent applicable, Xcel Energy shall indemnify and hold harmless the Customer from any and all claims whatsoever for the use and distribution of said Data.

Equipment and Data. 5.1 The Manager shall use all such necessary software, hardware or other equipment as is reasonable for the satisfactory performance of the Services. The Manager warrants that it shall only use properly licensed software and hardware in performing the Services. 5.2 Pareteum will provide the Manager with such equipment as may reasonably be required by Manager to perform the Services including, for example, a computer, appropriate software and a mobile telephone. 5.3 If the Manager is provided with equipment or data by Pareteum for the purposes of the Services, the Manager shall be responsible for ensuring that it preserves the security and condition of such equipment and data, and Manager agrees to comply with Pareteum’s data protection and information security policies.

Equipment and Data. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ will furnish to NIMS, without cost to NIMS, use of equipment and data owned by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ deems reasonably necessary for NIMS performance of services under this Agreement. Upon completion of the services or expiration of this Agreement, NIMS shall return to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ all such equipment and written material furnished by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.
