Equitable Distribution. The Health Centre shall endeavour to arrange equitable distribution of holidays worked and time off amongst employees.

Equitable Distribution. No employee shall be required to lay off during his normal schedule of working hours for the sole purpose of depriving him of overtime pay. Overtime and call- back time shall be divided equitably among those employees normally engaged in these operations and who are qualified to perform the work that is available.

Equitable Distribution. Within each school building the District shall, whenever possible, attempt to equitably distribute special education students assigned to the same grade level or course among the grade level classes or course sections in that building. When placing and distributing such students the district shall consider each student’s unique needs as determined by the individual educational planning team (IEP team), the abilities of each teacher, and other relevant factors. Although all teachers must be willing to accept and work effectively with special education students and complete appropriate training, the District shall first consider placement of such students with teachers who volunteer for such placements.

Equitable Distribution. To the extent practicable, the School shall use reasonable efforts to distribute overtime work and/or temporary extra work assignments equitably among the qualified employees of an office, operational unit, or work group with consideration given to School need and employee availability in making the distribution.

H-10.1Packing and Unpacking: In the event an Employee in this Unit is assigned to unpack, and/or repack items that require asset tagging, an upgrade of three dollars ($3.00) per hour shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours. Upgrades exceeding four (4) hours will be paid for no less than eight (8) hours.
