Evaluation Factors Clause Samples

The Evaluation Factors clause defines the specific criteria and standards that will be used to assess proposals or bids in a procurement or selection process. Typically, this clause outlines the relative importance of various factors such as price, technical capability, past performance, and compliance with requirements, and may describe the weighting or scoring system applied. By clearly establishing how submissions will be judged, the clause ensures transparency and fairness in the selection process, helping to prevent disputes and misunderstandings about how decisions are made.
