Evaluation Schedule Clause Samples
An Evaluation Schedule clause sets out the specific timeline and criteria for assessing the performance or progress of a party, product, or service under a contract. Typically, it details when evaluations will occur, what standards or benchmarks will be used, and who is responsible for conducting the assessments. For example, it may require quarterly reviews of a supplier’s deliverables or periodic performance appraisals of a contractor. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon process for measuring compliance and quality, thereby reducing misunderstandings and providing a basis for accountability.
