Evaluation Schedule and Conference. The employee’s immediate supervisor shall evaluate him/her in writing at least once per year by no later than March 1st, provided, however that additional evaluations may be performed after March 1st. Within seven (7) calendar days following the evaluation, the evaluator shall have a meeting with the employee to discuss the evaluation. The evaluation of the employee’s performance shall be based on the employee’s job description and other uniform standards and criteria which have been established by the employer and made known to the employee prior to the evaluation.
Evaluation Schedule and Conference. The Director of Transportation, or designee, may evaluate all employee(s) in writing at least once per year, which may include an “on route” evaluation for drivers. An “on route” evaluation shall be conducted a minimum of once per year for first year drivers. The first such “on route” evaluation shall be conducted within a reasonable period following the first year driver’s completion of ninety (90) driving days with the District. After four (4) years in the District, each employee shall be given a performance evaluation in writing at least once every two (2) years, such evaluation to be completed no later than May 1 of that year. Within fourteen (14) calendar days following the evaluation, the evaluator shall have a meeting with the employee to discuss the evaluation.

All twelve-month employees’ evaluations shall be completed on or before June 30 each year and all other employee evaluations shall be completed on or before May 15th each year and no sooner than the end of the first two weeks of the employment year. If an employee receives a very good or exceptional rating, he/she shall be evaluated at least every other year after two years at the administrator’s discretion. If the supervising administrator/director has a concern with the employee’s performance or a problem arises with the employee, these concerns shall be brought to the attention of the employee within a reasonable period after the concern arises. A reasonable period of time shall ordinarily not exceed ten (10) working days from the occurrence.   • Evaluation Conference The final evaluation conference shall occur not later than the end of week six (6) of the spring semester. The purpose of the evaluation conference is to discuss the results of the visitation and other relevant evaluation information. If the team recommends that the District not employ the professor for the following year, no evaluation activities in year four (4) are necessary.

  • SPECIAL CONFERENCES Special conferences for important matters will be arranged between the Association or individual employee and the Employer or its designated representative upon the request of either party. Such meetings shall be between at least two representatives of the Employer and at least two representatives of the Association.

  • PRE-JOB CONFERENCE a) The Employer shall notify the union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. Prior to the start of each project, a pre-job conference shall be held to determine all site-specific issues as outlined in the Agreement. This conference may be conducted via telephone, through a scheduled meeting or by some other practical means as agreed to by the parties. b) A copy of the pre-job conference report shall be provided to the Employer, the Union and the Job ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (s). A copy shall also be posted on the bulletin board(s) at the jobsite.

  • Professional Conferences Professional conferences are those conferences sponsored by educational organizations, institutions of higher learning, and government and industry concerning teaching, learning and educational research. When a full-time or part-time faculty member’s attendance at a professional conference conflicts with his/her regular assignment, the faculty member must submit a request for attendance to the appropriate ▇▇▇▇, Director, or Supervisor. If granted, the attendance at the conference will be considered leave with pay, and a follow-up report of the conference shall be submitted to the appropriate Supervisor.

  • Meetings and Conferences ‌ From time to time the Government may require attendance at Government conferences and meetings at no additional cost to the Government.
