Additional Evaluations. 8.17.1 Additional evaluations of faculty may be made at the request of the supervising administrator, students, or the faculty member.
8.17.2 If an additional evaluation is requested, the supervising administrator will consult with the department chair involved. The activities for the additional evaluations may include, but not be limited to, classroom or online visitation(s), peer review processes, and student evaluations.
Additional Evaluations. In addition to the evaluations required under paragraph B.1 above, principals and other supervisors may make evaluations at any time during the school year. Such evaluations may cover individual observations or such periods of time as may be identified in the evaluation report.
Additional Evaluations. Additional evaluation of employees may occur through informal observations by the Employer. It may not be deemed necessary to reduce such evaluations to writing, and a verbal discussion between the employee and Employer concerning the informal observations may suffice. If a written evaluation is deemed necessary, Procedure B as outlined above shall be followed.
Additional Evaluations. 2.6.1 Additional evaluations of Teachers/Master Teachers may be made at the request of the site director/designee or the evaluee.

A rating of Unsatisfactory for permanent employees in three or more areas requires additional review in a maximum of sixty (60) days.
