Extension of Service. The total fee quoted is in respect of a performance and supply of the services during the times and on the date specified in the Event Agreement invoice. If the Customer requests that the performance time be extended or that additional services be provided, then the additional period, services and fee must be agreed with the Supplier, and either:- 1. if the performance extension is requested once the performance has already started paid in cash prior to the start of the performance extension, or 2. if requested after the Contract Agreement has been entered into but prior to the event a supplementary contract must be entered into by the Customer agreeing to the additional charge, and payment made therefor in the same manner as the remainder of the balance outstanding shown on the Event Agreement form. Extension of service is at the discretion of the Kilowatt Productions Technical Team and Crew , venue and/or other factors that might be of influence.

Extension of Service. Grantee may build cable plant and serve any unincorporated area of the County where economically feasible and in accordance with the Grantee’s business plan.

Extension of Service. We will continue to provide PORTAL ONE Service for successive 30-day terms after your (Business Customer) Agreement terminates (“Extension Period”) at our then current monthly prices; so long as you continue to fully comply with your obligations under your Agreement. Our respective rights and duties under the section above (Effects) will apply at the end of the Extension Period, except that any termination charge that had been due when the Agreement first terminated will be reduced by amounts you will have paid for Service during the Extension Period. Service level requirements shall not exceed 4 vehicles available for demand response at any given time.

Extension of Service. The Company will, at its own expense, extend its facilities for supplying electric service when the anticipated revenue from the sale of additional service justifies the expenditure. If it appears to the Company that the expenditure may not be justified, the Company may require the customer to sign a contract guaranteeing a certain minimum amount of revenue over the first three years use of electric service, or such other initial period of service as may be determined by the Company, and to make an advance payment, as determined by the Company, to guarantee payment of this minimum amount of revenue. If the customer uses the specified minimum of electric service by the end of the said initial period of service, the advance will be refunded to him. However, if the customer uses less than the minimum, the amount of the deficiency will be billed to the customer, or will be deducted from the deposit, and the balance of the deposit, if any, will be refunded to the customer.

If the Promoter requests that the performance time be extended or that additional services be provided, then the additional period, services and fee must be agreed with the Service Provider, and either:- 1. (if the performance extension is requested once the performance has already started) either paid in cash prior to the start of the performance extension, or (in the event that 30 day payment terms have been agreed) a supplementary contract must be entered into by an authorised member of personnel of the Promoter agreeing to make the additional payment for the additional period at the same time and in the same manner as the remainder of the outstanding balance (being the total fee less and deposit already paid) or

Extension of Service. 1. If Existing Mains can be used to provide service to any Customer in the Service Area, and subject to satisfaction or waiver of the Condition Precedent to Service, the Charter Customer shall a) within ninety (90) days after a Customer decides to receive water service from the Charter Customer through an Existing Main, enter into any necessary water service agreement and/or water loan agreement with that Customer; and b) within one hundred twenty (120) days after that Customer and the Charter Customer enter into the necessary water service agreement and/or water loan agreement, begin to extend and offer service through the Existing Mains to the property line (B-box) of that Customer. 2. In those portions of the Service Area for which no Existing Mains of the Charter Customer exist, the Charter Customer shall complete construction of the New Mains (as defined in the Enabling Agreement) within two hundred seventy (270) days after satisfaction or waiver of the Condition Precedent to Service. Thereafter, within ninety (90) days after a Customer has entered into any necessary water service agreement and/or water loan agreement for water service by the Charter Customer through a New Main, the Charter Customer shall begin to extend and offer service to that Customer’s property line (B-box).

Extension of Service. You may elect to extend your employment with the Company through and including September 29, 2007 (the “Extension Date”) on the earlier of the following two dates, as applicable (provided that you then remain employed by the Company): i) on a date within five (5) days following the date upon which a new CFO commences employment with the Company, or ii) on June 30, 2007, in the event a new CFO has not commenced employment with the Company by such date.

Extension of Service. Grantee shall make available the services of the Cable System to local businesses. Where a building housing one or more businesses, or multiple buildings housing businesses are not contiguous to residential Dwelling Units, Grantee shall provide service to such building or buildings if they are located one hundred twenty-five (125) feet or less from a terminating point along a trunk, node, or feeder of the Cable System. If said building or buildings are located more than one hundred twenty-five (125) feet from a terminating point along a Cable System trunk, node, or feeder, Grantee may voluntarily provide service to a business or businesses for an amount not to exceed the cost of construction of said portion of the system. In the event that the Grantee should provide service to other businesses or residential Dwelling Units extending from the system constructed for the initial business unit or units, Grantee shall refund fifty (50) percent of the sum charged to the initial business unit or units within six (6) months of the initial provision of service to other businesses or residential Dwelling Units.
