Fall and Spring. All graduate student employees who meet the minimum stipend or teaching responsibility requirements shall receive a full tuition credit as specified below.

The following Thursday and Friday, conferences will be held from 8:30 – 3:30 p.m. In addition, grades K-12 will have conferences between the hours of 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Thursday. K-12 employees will attend evening conferences. K-12 employees will be paid for up to three (3) hours at per diem hourly rate of pay of the employee. In lieu of spring conferences, 9-12 employees will be paid up to three (3) hours per diem hourly rate of pay to attend the Honors Award Banquet. This time must be submitted on a District time sheet.

Fall and Spring. If the student withdraws enrollment from the College after moving in: 1. Before the term start date, the withdrawing student will be entitled to a refund of 75% of the housing charges paid, not including the $500 deposit. The student is not entitled to any refund of the Dining Dollars. 2. On or after the term start date, the withdrawing student is not entitled to a refund of the housing or Dining Dollars charges. 3. If the withdrawing student has picked up their keys to the residence halls, the withdrawing student is not entitled to a refund of the housing or Dining Dollars charges.
Fall and Spring. During the academic year, the internship will be a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 12 hours per week. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.
