Fares Allowance Clause Samples

A Fares Allowance clause defines the conditions under which an employee is reimbursed for travel expenses, specifically the cost of transportation fares incurred during work-related travel. Typically, this clause outlines the types of fares covered, such as public transportation, taxis, or airfare, and may set limits or require pre-approval for certain expenses. Its core practical function is to ensure employees are fairly compensated for necessary travel costs while providing clear guidelines to control and document such reimbursements.
