Finishing Work. It has been clearly understood by the Alottee, that the Occupancy Certificate/Completion Certificate, as the case may be, are issued by the concerned authorities, when the entire civil construction work of the apartment is complete and the apartment is in a habitable state, however, to prevent any loss or damage, the internal fittings, furnishings and finishing work is done after obtaining completion certificate/occupancy certificate as the case may be. Further the internal fittings, furnishings and finishing work may also depend upon the choice of the Allottee. Therefore to ensure that there is no loss or damage to the internal fittings, furnishings and finishing work and the same may be carried on as per the choice of the Allottee, internal works such as fitting of switch boards, doors, sanitary fittings, plumber fittings like water taps/showers etc., final colour coat on the internal walls, floor tiles or any other internal work of like nature, shall be completed after obtaining occupancy certificate/completion certificate and before handing over the possession of the apartment to the Allottee.

Finishing Work. During the first three (3) months of work as employee can ask to finish work, or be asked to leave Bedford without giving notice. After the first three (3) months, if an employee wishes to finish work, they have to tell ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at least two weeks (2)before the date they want to leave. If it is decided that someone cannot keep working at Bedford, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will talk to the employee and their advocate. If nothing can be worked out, and the employee has to leave, they will be paid an amount of pay, or notice given, depending on how long they have been at Bedford, as follows; Less than 3 years 3 years and less than 5 years 5 years and over 2 weeks 3 weeks 4 weeks If someone leaves ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and they are over 45 years old, they get an extra week’s pay or notice.

Finishing Work. Any item or work not shown in the Final Plans, including, for example, ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s trade fixtures, equipment, furniture, furnishings, telephone equipment, cabling for any of the foregoing or other personal property to be used in the Leased Premises by Tenant (hereinafter “Finishing Work”), shall be procured and constructed by Tenant at its sole cost and expense in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Lease and Landlord’s reasonable rules, policies, procedures and schedules and shall be conducted in such a way as not to hinder, cause any disharmony with, or delay construction of the Premises Base Building Specifications or Tenant Work. Tenant’s suppliers, contractors, workmen, and mechanics shall be subject to reasonable approval by Landlord prior to the commencement of their work and shall be subject to Landlord’s administrative control while performing their work. Tenant shall have provided Landlord with adequate proof of that insurance required to be maintained by Tenant’s contractors pursuant to the terms of the Lease, prior to commencing any Finishing Work.
Finishing Work. 7.1. When an employee ceases his/her employment, the Children’s Centre will, within seven days of the date of termination, provide the employee with:
7.1.1. a statement of service;
7.1.2. any unpaid wages;
7.1.3. notice or pay in lieu of notice (if applicable);
7.1.4. redundancy pay (only in cases of redundancy);
7.1.5. accumulated annual leave (if applicable);
7.1.6. long service leave (if applicable).
