FEASIBILITY REPORT. 8.01 A Feasibility Report shall only be prepared with the approval of the Shareholders’ Committee. The Operator shall provide copies of the completed Feasibility Report to each of the parties forthwith upon receipt. 8.02 The parties shall meet at reasonable intervals and times to review the Feasibility Report and discuss whether the establishing and bringing of a Mine into commercial production in conformity with the Feasibility Report is feasible or desirable.

FEASIBILITY REPORT. 14.1 Except as provided in paragraph 14.2, a Feasibility Report will only be prepared with the approval of: (a) the Management Committee and Optionee if it will be funding the Feasibility Report as part of the Expenditure Costs, before the Second Operative Date, or (b) the Management Committee, after the Second Operative Date. After the Second Operative Date, the costs for the Feasibility Report will be shared pro-rata in proportion with the Parties' Proportionate Shares. 14.2 The Operator will provide copies of the completed Feasibility Report to each of the Parties forthwith upon receipt, together with copies of all of the latest technical data and information generated or received by the Operator from any Programs which is not contained in the Feasibility Report. 14.3 Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 14.1, if a Party (the "Proponent") is of the view that a Feasibility Report should be prepared, such Party will give notice thereof to the Operator and the Operator will call a Management Committee meeting to consider the matter. If the Management Committee fails to approve the preparation of the Feasibility Report supported by the Proponent, the Proponent may, either alone or with other Parties, at its or their sole cost, prepare a Feasibility Report. If such Feasibility Report indicates that production from the Property would be profitable to the Proponent, the Proponent will deliver the Feasibility Report to the Operator who will then call a Management Committee meeting to consider the Proponent's Feasibility Report. If the Management Committee adopts the Feasibility Report it will become a Feasibility Report for all purposes, and the non-contributing Parties may either pay the Proponent an amount equal to 150% of their respective proportionate costs of the preparation of the Feasibility Report, or will suffer reduction of their respective Interests pursuant to paragraph 16.3.

The Operator shall provide copies of the completed Feasibility Report to each of the Parties forthwith upon receipt. 9.2 The Management Committee shall meet at reasonable intervals and times to review the Feasibility Report and discuss whether the establishing of a Mine and bringing the Property into Commercial Production in accordance with the Feasibility Report is feasible or desirable. 9.3 If the Operator has not provided copies of a completed Feasibility Report to each of the Parties with an Interest by the fifth anniversary of this Agreement, any Party whose Interest is not less than 20% and if there is more than one, the Party with the greatest Interest, may prepare a Feasibility Report at its own expense (the "Non-Operator's Feasibility Report") and submit it to the Management Committee.

FEASIBILITY REPORT. The Licensor shall at its own expense perform a feasibility study and produce a report thereon on a site by site basis. (a) The Licensee, or any of its Related Companies, Affiliates, sublicensees, site operators or the engineering contractor shall provide all relevant information for each site reasonably required by the Licensor to perform the initial feasibility study, including but not limited to samples, process descriptions, engineering drawings and schematics, precise quantity, flow and throughout figures, and, if travel to any site for any reason impracticable, a video recording of the site.

FEASIBILITY REPORT. 5.1. A Feasibility Report shall only be prepared with the approval of Sunburst de Mexico. The Operator shall provide copies of the completed Feasibility Report to Sunburst de Mexico forthwith upon receipt, together with copies of all of the latest technical data and information generated or received by the Operator from the immediately preceding Program and not contained in the Feasibility Report. 5.2. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 5.1., if Sunburst de Mexico is of the view that a Feasibility Report should be prepared, Sunburst de Mexico shall give notice thereafter to the Operator and the Operator shall prepare the Feasibility Report. 5.3. Sunburst de Mexico and the Operator shall meet at reasonable intervals and times to review the Feasibility Report and discuss whether the establishing and bringing of a Mine into commercial production in conformity, with the Feasibility Report is feasible or desirable.

FEASIBILITY REPORT. The Feasibility report of Highway-2 provided in soft copy is for purpose of reference only. The Authority makes no representation whatsoever, express, implicit or otherwise, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, correctness, reliability and or completeness of any assessment, assumptions, statement or information provided by it and the Concessionaire confirms that it shall have no claim whatsoever against the Authority in this regard.

FEASIBILITY REPORT. The feasibility report for Highway-4 is provided in soft copy is for purpose of reference only. The Authority makes no representation whatsoever, express, implicit or otherwise, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, correctness, reliability and or completeness of any assessment, assumptions, statement or information provided by it and the Concessionaire confirms that it shall have no claim whatsoever against the Authority in this regard.

FEASIBILITY REPORT. The Consultant shall compile the technical memoranda into a report. The report shall include descriptions of the proposed water supply augmentation measures, available volume of water, order of magnitude description of infrastructure (capital, treatment process required) needed, issues to be resolved, operational and maintenance considerations, possible implementation schedule, effectiveness, reliability, costs, benefits, life cycle with a (decision tree) matrix/table format. The various measures shall be prioritized based upon life cycle, easy of implementation/schedule, costs, effectiveness, etc. The implementation plan shall consist of the items listed above, including a preliminary schedule, costs and required activities/actions. The report shall incorporate the results for all tasks and include executive summary and background language. Task 10: Workshop: The Consultant shall conduct a water supply augmentation workshop with the City Council.

FEASIBILITY REPORT a. The Feasibility Report for a Proposed Production Area shall comply with applicable Law and International Standards, shall include the basic technical and financial components described in this Section 5.4(a) and shall also include the additional components set forth in Sections 5.4(b) through (f): i) description of the Minerals to be Mined, the Mining and processing methods proposed to be used, and the quality of the Product(s) to be marketed, ii) a statement of the expected recovery rate for the Minerals to be Mined over the term of the Mining License and for the output of the expected Product(s), iii) a report of a Competent Person setting forth his or her conclusion as to the amount of the Proven Mineral Reserves and Probable Mineral Reserves in the Proposed Production Area, and the basis for such conclusion, in the form required by SAMREC for the public reporting of mineral resources, iv) a development plan setting forth the basic design and operating specifications for the proposed Mine, Mining Plant, Infrastructure and equipment (the “Development Plan”), including maps at the scale required by the Bureau of Mines setting forth the proposed location of the Mine, Mining Plant and Infrastructure, and any other activities or improvements described in Section 6.7(e) or
