Fees and Term. Section 3.01.

Fees and Term a) Aegex charges a fee for the provision of certain Services or certain features of a particular Service (the “Service Fess”). You agree to pay any Service Fees, either one-time Service Fees or recurring, associated with your use of any Services. b) Generally, Fees for the Services are billed quarterly in advance. Any changes in Fees as a result of changes in the level of Services or changes in Service will be reflected in the next quarterly billing period. c) The term of this Agreement shall be for one year and automatically renew for an additional one- year period(s) and thereafter as long as you maintain Fees and continue to use the Service.

Fees and Term a. Fees & Payment. To the extent Customer selects, or upgrades to, a paid Subscription Services tier, Customer expressly authorizes Soveren to charge the applicable recurring Subscription Service fees associated with the subscription tier selected by Customer on the Platform (“Subscription Fees”) pursuant to the authorized payment method provided by Customer.

Fees and Term. (A) FEES. In connection with the appointment of CE as CTRX's distributor hereunder, CE shall within 180 days from the effective date of this Agreement pay CTRX a one-time nonrefundable franchise fee of One Million U.S. Dollars (US$1,000,000.00) ("Fee"). Omverse Internet equipment, dependin, on the product ordered, carries either, a one time $100 plus tax equipment fee, OR a $5 monthly equipment rental fee. Althou,h very rare and hi,hly unlikely, the followin, miscellaneous fees could accrue to the end user if certain events happen. Omsoft Staff will do its best to inform the end users of the possibility of these fees, and work with the end user as it can to miti,ate possible fees, for instance the No Trouble Found fee, or challen,in, fees with the 3rd party data provider as appropriate, and after the end user has paid the fee as char,ed and in full. Should Omsoft have a favorable resolution to the credit request with the 3rd party data provider, Omsoft will refund in full any miscellaneous fee char,ed to an end user. Omsoft is in no way liable for any of the miscellaneous fees below as it pertains to the end user Internet connection. - Early Termination Fee (applies between day 30 and day 365 of the initial OmVerse term): $250 - Move (if movin, OmVerse between day 30 and 365 of the initial OmVerse term): $100 - Missed Appointment (either at installation or a scheduled service repair visit): $100 - No Trouble Found (An authorized repair visit where the primary issue or cause is with End User equipment (not the ATT router)): $100 All OmVerse service plans carry a one year contract term, be,innin, on the 1st day of the month after the date of the actual installation of the service and endin, 12 months later. The end user will experience fxed monthly price stability, and acknowled,es and accepts responsibility for all monthly recurrin, char,es durin, the term, and any applicable miscellaneous char,es should they apply from the 3rd party data provider. Should end user not be be satisfed with the OmVerse service, cancellation without penalty may be requested within the frst 30 days of the installation of the product. This window be,ins with the installation date of the service and ends 30 days after that period. All equipment must be returned to Omsoft's customer support ofce at the address below. Thereafter service extends on a month to month basis, Internet access continues to be delivered...

Fees and Term. To maintain its License hereunder, CLIENT shall pay to QCSI all fees and costs as provided in Exhibit A to this License. Provided that all fees and costs are paid timely, and CLIENT complies with the terms and conditions of this License, the initial term of this License shall start on May 1, 1999 and end on December 31, 2002. Thereafter, the term of this License shall automatically be extended for consecutive additional terms of three (3) years each, unless either party provides the other with written notice of such party's intention not to extend the term at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the end of the initial term or any subsequent term.

Fees and Term. The Services are a separately billable annual subscription service which is payable in advance. The fees for the Service are related to the quantity and type of Licenses purchased by Licensee and will be set forth on the Purchase Order(s). Any License purchased by Licensee that is not identified in Exhibit A will be subject to a separate Support and Maintenance fee. The fees for the first year of the Services (the “Initial Term”) will be invoiced together with the Software license fee. The Services subscription will automatically renew for additional one (1) year terms (each a “Term”) at the expiration of the then current Term unless terminated in accordance with Section 4. The fee for each renewal Term will be due and payable no later than the last day of the previous Term. Stilog may raise its fees for the Services at any time by giving Licensee at least thirty (30) days prior written notice. Any fee increases will be effective as of the next renewal Term. If Licensee terminates or otherwise allows the Services to lapse through non-payment, Licensee will be required to pay all Services fees that would have been due for the period of such lapse prior to resuming the Services.
