Final Design Review. ‌ Developer shall schedule and conduct a Final Design Review when the Design Documents and Construction Documents for a Design Unit are 100 percent complete. Developer shall specifically highlight, check, and bring to the attention of IFA in writing any changes to information presented at previous Design Reviews. Developer shall present the Final Design for review and comment by IFA.
Final Design Review a. Within sixty (60) days after the date of approval of the preliminary design by the City, the Artist shall prepare and submit to the City detailed working drawings of the Work and the Site, together with such other graphic material as may reasonably be requested by the City in order to permit the City to carry out final design review and to certify the compliance of the Work with applicable statutes, ordinances, and regulations. Upon request by the Artist, the City shall promptly furnish all readily available information and assistance required by the Artist in connection with said submission. However, the City does not guarantee its information, materials and assistance, and assumes no liability therefore. The Artist shall be solely responsible for designing, fabricating, constructing, delivering and installing the Work in compliance with all applicable city, state and/or federal statutes, ordinances, and/or regulations. It is expressly understood that the Artist shall have his or her final design reviewed and stamped as approved as to structural integrity by a professional engineer licensed to practice in the State of Colorado. b. The submission shall also include a budget, not to exceed Dollars ($ .00), as described herein, that includes all costs for design, engineering, execution, fabrication, transportation, delivery, installation, insurance, contingencies, consultant fees, fees and permits, and any other costs associated with the Work, and the Artist’s fee. c. The submission shall also include a written statement detailing anticipated regular and routine maintenance, such maintenance to be provided by the City in its sole discretion, as appropriate to maintain the Work in its intended condition. d. During the final design review, the City may also require the Artist to make such revisions to the design as are necessary for the Work to comply with applicable statutes, ordinances, or regulations of the City, the State of Colorado, or the U. S. Government. e. The City may also request revisions for other practical and/or non- aesthetic reasons. f. After its receipt of the Artist’s submission(s) pursuant to this Section 1. 4, the City shall notify the Artist of its approval (or disapproval) of such submission and budget and of all revisions made in the initial proposal as a result thereof. Final Design Review. (a) Accenture shall, with the assistance of the Ministry, acting reasonably, develop a requirements mapping document that maps Final Design Review to the GTA Fare System Technical Specifications and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to identify on such mapping document which, if any, of the GTA Fare System Technical Specifications are not addressed in Final Design Review. With respect to any GTA Fare System Technical Specifications which are not addressed in Final Design Review, Ministry (acting reasonably) shall determine whether such requirements (a) still apply to the Agreement, in which case such requirements shall be addressed by the Contractor; or (b) do not still apply to the Agreement, in which case the Parties shall prepare and execute a Variance, on such terms mutually agreed by the Parties, with respect to such requirement. (b) In accordance with the foregoing, and for greater certainty, the Parties acknowledge and agree that Final Design Review is intended to provide a design baseline for the GTA Fare System in accordance with Section 6.5 of Part 7 of the GTA Fare System Technical Specifications. Final Design Review. 7.1 After the Project Kickoff Meetings, Teton and the City project teams will meet to finalize the proposed system design. The goal of this review is to achieve written agreement on the overall system design and equipment deliverables. This meeting will produce the updated System Description, updated Equipment List and System Drawings or other documentation applicable to the project implementation. Teton will provide a draft system design to the City for review prior to the Final Design Review Meeting.

  • Design Review ‌ (a) Where so specified in Schedule A (Scope of Goods and Services) or as otherwise instructed by the City, the Supplier shall submit design-related Documentation for review by the City, and shall not proceed with work on the basis of such design Documentation until the City’s approval of such Documentation has been received in writing. Advise Owner if additional reports, data, information, or services of the types described are necessary and assist Owner in obtaining such reports, data, information, or services. 7. Based on the information contained in the Preliminary Design Phase documents, prepare a revised opinion of probable Construction Cost, and assist Owner in tabulating the various cost categories which comprise Total Project Costs. 9. Obtain and review Owner’s instructions regarding Owner’s procurement of construction services (including instructions regarding advertisements for bids, instructions to bidders, and requests for proposals, as applicable), Owner’s construction contract practices and requirements, insurance and bonding requirements, electronic transmittals during construction, and other information necessary for the finalization of Owner’s bidding-related documents (or requests for proposals or other construction procurement documents), and Construction Contract Documents. Also obtain and review copies of Owner’s design and construction standards, Owner’s standard forms, general conditions, supplementary conditions, text, and related documents or content for Engineer to include in the draft bidding-related documents (or requests for proposals or other construction procurement documents), and in the draft Construction Contract Documents, when applicable. 10. Development communication plan for project: considering the use of door hangers, letters, public meetings, changeable message boards. 11. Furnish 6 review copies of the Preliminary Design Phase documents, opinion of probable Construction Cost, and any other Preliminary Design Phase deliverables to Owner by established due date, and review them with Owner. Owner shall submit to Engineer any comments regarding the furnished items. 12. Revise the Preliminary Design Phase documents, opinion of probable Construction Cost, and any other Preliminary Design Phase deliverables in response to Owner’s comments, as appropriate, and furnish to Owner 6 copies of the revised Preliminary Design Phase documents, revised opinion of probable Construction Cost, and any other deliverables by the specified due date. 13. Engineer’s services under the Preliminary Design Phase will be considered complete on the date when Engineer has delivered to Owner the revised Preliminary Design Phase documents, revised opinion of probable Construction Cost, and any other Preliminary Design Phase deliverables.

  • Project Review A. Programmatic Allowances 1. If FEMA determines that the entire scope of an Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances in Appendix B of this Agreement, with determinations for Tier II Allowances being made by SOI-qualified staff, FEMA shall complete the Section 106 review process by documenting this determination in the project file, without SHPO review or notification. 2. If the Undertaking involves a National Historic Landmark (NHL), FEMA shall notify the SHPO, participating Tribe(s), and the NPS NHL Program Manager of the NPS Midwest Regional Office that the Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances. FEMA shall provide information about the proposed scope of work for the Undertaking and the allowance(s) enabling FEMA’s determination. 3. If FEMA determines any portion of an Undertaking’s scope of work does not conform to one or more allowances listed in Appendix B, FEMA shall conduct expedited or standard Section 106 review, as appropriate, for the entire Undertaking in accordance with Stipulation II.B, Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings, or Stipulation II.C, Standard Project Review. 4.   • Schematic Design Phase 1.2.1 Based on the mutually agreed upon Program of Requirements, Amount Available for the Construction Contract and the Project Schedule, the Architect/Engineer shall prepare sufficient alternative approaches utilizing BIM for design and construction of the Project to satisfy Owner’s project requirements and shall, at completion of this phase, submit Schematic Design Documents derived from the model in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan, “Facility Design Guidelines” and any additional requirements set forth in Article 15. The Architect/Engineer shall review alternative approaches to design and construction for the Project as they are being modeled at intervals appropriate to the progress of the Project with the Owner and Construction Manager at the Project site or other location specified by the Owner within the State of Texas. The Architect/Engineer shall utilize the model(s) to support the review process during Schematic Design. The Architect/Engineer shall provide the Construction Manager with a compact disc containing documents and data files derived from the model to assist the Construction Manager in fulfilling its responsibilities to the Owner. 1.2.2 Architect/Engineer shall provide all services necessary to perform the services of this phase (preparation of model(s), relevant data, decision support model views and Schematic Design Documents) including, without limitation, unless otherwise approved by Owner, the preparation and prompt delivery of all items specified in the BIM Execution Plan and “Facility Design Guidelines”. 1.2.3 Architect/Engineer shall work closely with Owner in preparation of schematic drawings and shall specifically conform to Owner’s requirements regarding aesthetic design issues. 1.2.4 The Architect/Engineer shall review the Estimated Construction Cost prepared by the Construction Manager, and shall provide written comments. 1.2.5 Before proceeding into the Design Development Phase, the Architect/Engineer shall obtain Owner’s written acceptance of the Schematic Design documents and approval of the Architect/Engineer’s preliminary Estimated Construction Cost and schedule. 1.2.6 The Architect/Engineer shall participate in a final review of the Schematic Design Documents and model(s) with the Owner and Construction Manager at the Project site or other location specified by Owner in the State of Texas. Prior to the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, the Architect/Engineer shall incorporate such changes as are necessary to satisfy the Owner’s review comments, any of which may be appealed for good cause.
